When Should I Expect My Order?
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. All orders will be shipped by USPS (tracking included). Depending on where you are located, some packages may get delayed. If you have not received your package after 3-4 weeks of placing an order, please consider first contacting your local USPS for details about your package. If no further information about your package can be given, please feel free to contact me at mizuwariko@gmail.com.
What Is Your Refund / Return Policy?
Refunds or cancellations may be requested if your order has yet to be shipped. Once your order has been packaged and shipped, refunds and cancellations will not be accepted.
Merchandise damaged IN TRANSIT may be subject to a refund or a replacement (if inventory allows). Please contact me at mizuwariko@gmail.com no more than 5 days after receiving your package. Please include your order number and photos of your damages.
If your package has been lost in transit, please be responsible for following up with your local USPS before reaching out to me. Proof of contact is required for a refund or replacement (if inventory allows).
I do not accept returns / authorize refunds for returns.

When Should I Expect My Order?
I try my best to complete orders within 2 weeks or 10 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding all major holidays), but overall it depends on my state of health and the order in which submissions are received. If you do not hear from me within that timeframe, feel free to follow up with me via my contact form.
Do You Accept Edit Requests?
Yes. However, I only accept requests on a case by case basis depending on my current workload.
If there is something you would like to change about an existing design/template, there will be an editing fee that ranges from $5.00~$15.00 depending on the request. These kinds of requests should be inquired about prior to purchase so I may write up a custom listing for you.
Edits requested after the final has been submitted, fall under two different categories:
-Small edits are free of charge. This can include wrong eye coloring, missed facial markings, or a mistake on your customization request made on my part.
-Large edits are also accepted on a case by case basis and can range from $5.00~$15.00 depending on the type of fix that needs to be made.
Do You Do Custom Commissions?
I do! Please inquire via my contact form with an in-depth description of your commission request and any deadlines that need to be met. Requests are not always guaranteed as it depends on my workload, but I will reply back to you within 2 business days as to whether I can take on your project or not.
Do You Offer Refunds?
Unfortunately, per my store policy, I do not. Please review your order before making a purchase and be sure you are okay with any wait times. I am a one woman team when it comes to fulfilling orders so please be kind and thoughtful. There are no shortcuts when it comes to crafting one-of-a-kind, quality pieces of art.

What Devices and Programs Do You Use?
I currently use the Ipad Air (10.9") 5th Generation with a 2nd Generation Apple Pencil. The primary app I use for drawing is Procreate.
Where Do You Find Inspiration?
I often find inspiration in the vivid dreams I have when I'm asleep and in the irrational fears I develop throughout my adult life. I'm also inspired by my childhood nostalgia and imagination.
